Yes, you can make edits to the style of your garment within 24 hours of placing your order. Any changes after the 24-hour mark will not be accounted for. To make changes to your style after placing an order, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and proposed change. You will be provided with a response shortly after confirmation of this change.
You have the feature of selecting the Made to Measure option for each of our suits and overcoats on the product detail page. You can also submit an inquiry through our connect page.
All designs are Made-To-Order, with the production timeframe stated in the description of each product. All orders, unless stated otherwise, will have a production time of 4 weeks to completion.
If you require your garment sooner than the stated production time, please contact the customer service team by email to inquire about expedited production services. Please note that any expedited production items need to be approved by PELUMI OKE prior to being added to your order.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of an order confirmation email sent to you, anything after 24 hours will not be processed as a cancellation.
Shipping & Delivery
All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, and weather conditions. Once you place an order, you have up to 1 hour to cancel or change it. You will receive an email when your order has been confirmed and processed. All online orders will receive a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched by our trusted postage partners.
All orders have a production time of up to 4 weeks to completion, before being dispatched for delivery with one of our trusted postage partners. Shipping is free of charge for all full suit deliveries within the United States. Shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
- For delivery within the United States after completed production time: approximately 3-5 working days
- For delivery outside of the United States after completed production time: approximately 5-10 working days
All parcels are sent by our trusted postage partners; UPS and FedEx.
PELUMI OKE is not liable for shipping delays that may be caused by third-party postage.
In the instance that an unforeseen postage delay occurs, the PELUMI OKE team will assist with investigating the issue immediately with the chosen postage partner.

Once your order is completed and ready to be shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will then be able to follow the shipment of your package on the website of FedEx or UPS.

Exchanges & Returns
All orders processed online constitute as an agreement to the below policies, terms & conditions:
All garments purchased online have a strict no refund policy unless the garment is deemed faulty. In the case of a faulty garment, PELUMI OKE will replace the garment in a timely matter. PELUMI OKE must be notified of this issue via email within 7 business days upon receiving the order. Once the garment has been returned, it will undergo a review for exchange. The product must be in perfect, unworn condition and must be sent to [PO Box] together with a copy of the dispatch note. If approved as faulty, the customer service team will advise the customer on options for exchange or for refund details. In the case of a refund, PELUMI OKE will proceed as soon as approved (and in any case within 14 days from the date of return), and credit the full amount paid using the same method of payment originally used by the customer.
Please note, the shipping costs for the return of the goods are charged to the customer. PELUMI OKE requires all return parcels to be sent via a secure, pre-paid and traceable postage method. Lost or stolen parcels are not liable to PELUMI OKE.

The garment must be returned in its original condition with all tags intact and attached to the garment.The customer must not attempt to resolve any damages unless approved by PELUMI OKE.The garment must be unworn, undamaged and not laundered.No exchange or return will be excepted without prior approval by PELUMI OKE team after 7 days.PELUMI OKE reserves the right to reject an order for any reason, at any time.In the case of a fabric or color being discontinued the customer is entitled to reselect another.Failure to supply the correct information regarding your order is not at the fault of PELUMI OKE.
